"SHIKSHA SAPTAH"
Activity Report: Shiksha SaptahCelebration

Activity Report: Shiksha Abhiyan
Objective:
To promote education and awareness among students, teachers, and the community through Shiksha Abhiyan.
Activities:
1. Rally: Organized a rally to create awareness about the importance of education.
2. Slogan Writing: Conducted a slogan writing competition on the theme of education.
3. Essay Writing: Organized an essay writing competition on the topic of “Importance of Education”.
4. Quiz Competition: Conducted a quiz competition on general knowledge and education-related topics.
5. Guest Lecture: Organized a guest lecture by an education expert on the topic of “Challenges in Education”.
6. Exhibition: Set up an exhibition showcasing educational materials, charts, and models.
7. Cultural Programs: Competition was organized such as dance, songs between four groups of the school.
Conclusion:
The event was a grand success, with active participation from students, teachers, and the community. We look forward to promote education and community engagement. Thank you!

"INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION"
Activity Report: Independence Day Celebration

Objective:
To celebrate India’s Independence Day and promote patriotism and national pride among students, teachers, and staff.
Activities:
1. Flag Hoisting Ceremony:Chief Guest hoisted the national flag, followed by the national anthem.
2. Welcome Speech: The Principal delivered a welcome speech highlighting the significance of Independence Day.
3. Cultural Programs: Students performed patriotic songs, dances, and skits.
Chief Guest:
– Chief Guest: Fr. Joby Joseph, Family Counsellor was the chief guest of the day and he encouraged students to have respect for one another and specially to our country India. He also motivated students to study well and do something for our nation.
Conclusion:
The Independence Day celebration was celebrated in a meaningful way with enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and staff. The event promoted patriotism and national pride, and served as a reminder of India’s rich history and freedom struggle.

"TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATION"

Objective:
To celebrate Teacher’s Day and express gratitude to our teachers for their hard work and dedication.
Activities:
1. Welcome and Introduction: The program began with a welcome speech by the principal, followed by an introduction of the celebration.
2. Cultural Programs: Students performed songs, dances, skits, and plays to entertain teachers.
3. Teacher’s Day Speech: The Chief Guest delivered a speech on the importance of teachers in our lives.
4. Teacher Felicitation: Students felicitated teachers with gifts, cards, and flowers.
5. Games and Activities: Organized games and activities that involved teachers and students.
6. Cake Cutting Ceremony: A cake was cut to celebrate Teacher’s Day.
Conclusion:
The Teacher’s Day Celebration was a grand success. Students, teachers, and parents participated enthusiastically in the celebration. The event was a great way to show appreciation to our teachers for their hard work and dedication.

"ANNUAL SPORT'S DAY CELEBRATION"
Activity Report: Annual Sports Day Celebration
Date: 07-11-2024 to 09-11-2024
Duration: 3 Days
Venue: Divine Word School, Seppa
Objective:
To promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students through the Annual Sports Day Celebration.
Events:
1. Track Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and relay races.
2. Field Events: High jump, long jump, shot put, and discus throw.
3. Team Events: Football, basketball, volleyball, and cricket matches.
4. Fun Events: Sack race, three-legged race, and tug-of-war.
Participation:
– Student Participation: Almost all the students have taken part in various event.
– House-wise Participation: some events were organized by the committee members in which all four housed could participate.
Chief Guest:
– Chief Guest: Mr. Michi Sanbyo, Fire safety officer was the chief guest and he encourage students to have over all development. He gave special attention in getting good education.
Conclusion:
The Annual Sports Day was an unforgettable experience, showcasing the best of our school’s spirit, talent, and sportsmanship. We look forward to an even more exciting and successful event next year!

"CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATION"

Objective:
To celebrate Children’s Day and promote the rights and welfare of children.
Activities:
1. Welcome and Introduction: The program began with a welcome speech by the Principal, followed by an introduction of the celebration.
2. Cultural Programs: Students performed songs, dances, skits, and plays to entertain the audience.
3. Games and Competitions: Organized games and competitions, such as quizzes, puzzles, and art contests.
4. Gift& Prize Distribution: Distributed gifts and sweets to all students and to al those who got ranks in the class.
5. Participation: Teachers organized and participated in the cultural program.
Chief Guest:
– Chief Guest: Mr. Sono, Sub – Inspector (SI) was the chief guest and he encourage students to give their best in learning and getting knowledge. He also mentioned to keep focussing on the goal and to work hard in achieving the goal.
Conclusion:
The Children’s Day celebration brought lots of positive vibration from the part of teachers as well as from the part of children in the school campus. The event promoted the rights and welfare of children and provided a platform for students to showcase their talents.
